Our company has introduced CNC processing equipment, automatic CNC lathe, precision image measurement machine and other advanced equipment to ensure excellent quality. The introduction of a full set of advanced five-axis CNC can achieve a clip positioning and complete multiple processes processing. It is highly concentrated and greatly improve the production efficiency. The automatic CNC lathe is really reliable so that can be used for ultra-high speed cutting and ultra-precision machining. Both of them can coordinate for producing high precision lamp shell, light reflector and other parts.The Japan nissei injection molding machine has sensitive servo drive,which has quick response and good stability. It can produce high precision, high light transmission effect lens.

 

Our factory and the long-term cooperation factory has a total area of more than 3,000 square meters, with advanced CNC processing equipment. Our monthly output can reach 100,000 pieces, and through the supervision of first-class quality management personnel. Our products has passed the CE, RoHS, UL, SAA and other certification. In addition, our R & D department can develop 15-30 new products per month, and complete custom samples within 7-15 days.

OEM/ODM

The company can provide original design documents, and can accept OEM and ODM of lighting fixtures and their parts and accessories, including product shape, internal structure, circuit board, copper and aluminum substrate, reflective cup, lens, silicone and plastic parts, etc. Product accessories can be fully customized bracket, wire, battery and other related series.

We can provide standardized product customization service according to the specific requirements of customers.It is mainly divided into two main types:

Solution 1: the customer should provide the design drawings, and we will confirm all the details according to the drawings and arrange to manufacture the samples.

Solution 2: if the customer can’t provide design drawings but can provide general ideas or hand sketches, we will make 3D modeling based on these information to complete the general structure and then send it to the customer for acceptance and arrange to make samples after confirmation.

After being confirmed to the guests, we began to make samples. The components of the samples are divided into CNC processing and surface oxidation treatment of aluminum shell, CREE XHP70.2 LED MCPCB customization, customization of optical lens, customization of silicone wire, and finally assembled into finished products to the guests for testing.

We are skilled in completing the overall customization of products from raw materials to every component structural process and finished products. We can efficiently provide customized samples in 7-15 days and the shipment time of bulk order products is very short, usually only need 15-30 days.

 

R&D

Our R&D team is composed of 2 electronic engineers, 6 high-power LED light product engineers, and 3 professional optical designers.

The new product research and development process consists of several important parts.

 

In the first stage: the marketing department investigates the market demand. After the company's review, discussion and approval, the relevant information about the research and development of new products will be handed over to the product engineer to design product functions.

In the second stage: the product engineer designs the corresponding product structure and shape. The whole process needs to be simulated through 3D modeling.

In the third stage:after the structure is completed, the electronic engineer will design the circuit board according to the product structure and size to match and adjust each other to realize the product function.

In the fourth stage: optical designers simulate luminescence through optical curve design software to realize product optical design.

In the fifth stage: after all the parts are in place, the personnel of the production department shall be responsible for assembling the finished product.

Finally: the product enters a 1-2-week test period. During the test, multiple different samples are usually made to test different effects. Testing is very important. Testing of a product includes: testing the illumination of the product with an integral ball; hundreds of cycles of product aging tests (while testing the performance of battery charging and discharging) to detect whether the function of the product is reasonable and whether the matching of each component is excellent; placing underwater for several hours to test waterproof performance; pulling test of silicone components; extrusion testing of plastic parts.

 

After multiple tests, the product is adjusted to a qualified state and then put on the market. Therefore, our company has a good reputation and stable customers.
